Shipping policy

Tuleen delivers within Kuwait only.

  

  Delivery options & fees

  - Same Day Delivery — 1.750 KWD per order. Order before 1:00 PM to qualify; orders placed after 1:00 PM

  are delivered the next business day.

  - Next Day Delivery — 1.250 KWD per order. Order before 8:00 PM; orders placed after 8:00 PM are

  delivered the following business day.

  

  Processing

  Orders are processed on business days (Sunday to Thursday).

  

  Delivery coverage

  The following remote areas are not eligible for Same Day or Next Day delivery. Orders to these areas

  are delivered up to three (3) times per week at the Next Day rate of 1.250 KWD: Wafra Farms, Al-Zoor,

  Jilei'a, Khairan, Miqwa', New Khairan City, New Wafra, Nuwaiseeb, Sabah Al-Ahmad City, Abdali, Mitlaa,

  Subiya, Salmi, Ali Sabah Al Salem, Boubyan Island, Arifjan Camp.
